1. Acceptance

By using Shree Khambhalay Maa, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Device profile

The mobile app does not require a Google, Apple, email, or other social-login account. You may optionally provide your name, surname, city, country, and profile photo to personalize the app on your device. Please provide information that is accurate and respectful.

3. Profile photos and content

You must have the right to use any profile photo you choose. Do not use unlawful, abusive, hateful, misleading, or infringing content. We may remove content or restrict features that are misused.

4. Temple content and external services

Temple content, darshan, bhajans, events, announcements, and devotional media are provided for informational and devotional use. External links, including maps, video, messaging, social, calendar, and payment services, are controlled by their respective providers.

5. Notifications

Notifications are optional. You may disable them through device settings. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable because of device, network, operating-system, or third-party messaging conditions.

6. Saved content and device preferences

Saved bhajans, likes, language, appearance, and profile details are associated with the app installation and may be cleared by removing the app or using your device’s app-data controls.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect content accuracy, or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and we are not responsible for losses caused by external services, network failures, or device problems.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms when the app, services, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
