1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the Shri Khambhalay Mataji mobile app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

2. App Purpose

The app provides devotional and informational content connected with Shri Khambhalay Mataji, including darshan, bhajans, events, announcements, media, contact options, directions, and seva-related information.

The app is not an emergency service, a substitute for official temple confirmation, or a guarantee that any event, darshan, media stream, notification, or service will always be available.

3. Content and Accuracy

Event dates, timings, darshan media, announcements, contact details, and seva information may change. Please confirm important information with the temple office before travelling, participating, or making a donation.

4. Donations and Seva

The app may display donation or seva information and may open an external payment or UPI application. Payments are completed outside the mobile app through the selected payment provider. Verify the recipient and payment details before sending money. The app does not guarantee, process, or control external payment transactions.

5. Third-Party Services

The app may link to or display services such as Firebase, Google Maps, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, calendar services, and payment applications. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for external service availability, content, or practices.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful information through an app feature, copy or redistribute protected content without permission, or use contact and sharing features for spam, harassment, or abuse.

7. Intellectual Property

The app name, temple branding, text, graphics, photos, audio, videos, and other materials belong to Shri Khambhalay Mataji or their respective owners. You may use the app and its content for personal devotional and informational purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue app content or features at any time. We may also update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use after an updated version is published means you accept the updated terms.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from app use, third-party services, external payments, inaccurate or changed content, or app unavailability.

10. Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how the iOS and Android apps handle app-related information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
